Please read carefully before booking your skincare routine review
This Skincare Review Liability Waiver Form ("Waiver") is entered into by and between you (the "User") and cynthia, from helga (the "Reviewer").
1. Services
The Reviewer offers a complimentary skincare routine review service based on the information you provide through the skincare routine builder on helga.
2. Disclaimer
The information provided by the Reviewer is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. The Reviewer is not a licensed medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.
3. User Responsibility
You, the User, acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for determining whether the suggested skincare routine is appropriate for your individual needs.
- You should always consult with a licensed dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional before starting any new skincare routine, especially if you have any pre-existing skin conditions.
- You understand that the use of any skincare product may cause adverse reactions.
4. Waiver of Liability
By submitting your skincare routine for review, you agree to the following:
- You release and hold harmless the Reviewer from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the skincare routine review service, including, but not limited to, any adverse reactions you may experience from using any products suggested by the Reviewer.
- You agree that the Reviewer shall not be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the skincare routine review service.
5. Entire Agreement
This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Reviewer regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
6. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
7. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
